Graciano Tornero of EM3 awarded the AEE Regional Young Energy Professional of the Year – Western Europe
Graciano Tornero, a dedicated member of the EM3 team, has achieved remarkable recognition with an external award from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) acknowledging his outstanding contributions and commitment to excellence in Industrial Energy Efficiency. This accomplishment reflects not only Graciano’s excellence but also EM3’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting a culture of high achievement.
Graciano was presented with the AEE Regional Young Energy Professional of the Year Award (Western Europe) at the Regional Awards Ceremony during the AEE World conference in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday 24th October 2023. The Young Energy Professional Award is a highly regarded distinction within the Energy industry and is a testament to Graciano’s exceptional skills and accomplishments. Graciano is a masters graduate of Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and has worked from EM3’s Irish office for 5 years before becoming regional lead for Iberia and LATAM in 2022. Graciano has been heavily involved in the delivery of decarbonisation strategies for some of the worlds leading brands in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Food and Nutrition industries worldwide.

In his role as Senior Energy Consultant, Graciano devises and implements holistic decarbonisation strategies for our clients. He has a strong focus on developing technical solutions for large international manufacturing enterprises to allow them to meet challenging decarbonisation goals. In his ambition to bring climate action services to a global audience, Graciano is embracing a new challenge leading one of EM3’s expansion projects in Iberia and LATAM.
