Job Overview: The Digital Service Supervisor will oversee the maintenance, support, and onboarding of clients to our web-based energy management software product. The role involves ensuring optimal functioning of the software, providing exceptional support to clients, and managing the onboarding process to facilitate a smooth transition for new users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital service management, customer relationship skills, and a keen understanding of energy management systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the web-based energy management service, ensuring high availability and performance of the service.
  • Lead the support team in providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine onboarding processes for new clients, including training materials and sessions, to ensure a seamless integration of the software into their operations.
  • Collaborate with the customer, energy manager and facilities management teams, to understand and address specific client needs and energy efficiency goals.
  • Monitor and report on the service performance, using data to drive improvements in both the software and client experience.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of best practices in energy management and client service.
  • Manage relationships with clients, conducting regular reviews and seeking feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure that the team is well-versed in the technical aspects of the software, including understanding the energy management matrix and its application in client scenarios.
  • Work closely with the product development team to communicate client feedback and contribute to the evolution of the software.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in energy management to provide informed support and advice to clients.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation, including system configurations and user manuals.

  • Develop and enhance quality control measures in the operations of the Energy management service, ensuring value for money for the customer and adherence to all relevant standards, such as ISO50001.
  • Strive for operational efficiencies in service mobilisations and service management, engagement with the Energy Operations Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Min 5 year’s experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of energy management principles and software applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in training and developing customer onboarding programs.
  • Experience in ISO50001 implementation and maintenance.
