EM3 Renewable services are based on an experienced team who have extensive experience in delivering renewable energy projects on industrial and green fields sites across Ireland and the UK.
Our capability in renewables services encompasses all elements of a renewable scheme; from initial feasibility and economic viability to operational asset management.
We carry out technical and commercial analysis to determine the economic viability of installing a renewable scheme on the sites of energy users. Our engineers analyse the best option for the client: either a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) where a developer will build, own and operate the scheme with no capital outlay for the client, or a client owned scheme; potentially availing of funding incentives like Accelerated Capital Allowance (ACA). Allowing the client to reduce their energy costs, reduce their carbon emissions and improve their corporate social responsibility profile.
We will generate a renewable feasibility study to determine the economic viability of installing and operating either a wind turbine or solar scheme on an industrial/commercial site. Where applicable, battery storage will be considered to integrate with renewables.
EM3 will detail all elements of a scheme – capex, opex, economics and all process steps required to deliver the system.
The final feasibility report will deliver a recommendation for a Developer Owned PPA v Client owned option with supporting analysis.
We will manage all elements of the project (Planning – Construction – Commissioning) to deliver the scheme and manage/monitor the asset and performance once operational. EM3 personnel are experienced renewable project managers with over 10 years of successfully deploying renewable systems on large energy users’ sites in the UK & Ireland.
